Some customers may experience a delay with Chat history being added to the dashboard and a delay with transcripts being applied to tickets. Our engineering team are working on a fix. Next update in one hour.
During this incident, some customers experienced a delay with Chat history being added to the dashboard and a delay with transcripts being applied to tickets. The issue was caused by an escaped defect which has since been resolved by rolling out multiple fixes.
