Why do agents receive back the same SMS they sent using their mobile phone?
This behavior only occurs for agents who send an SMS and happens because agents are always notified when an assigned ticket is updated
In some cases, if the ticket doesn't have an assignee but the requester is also an agent, it sends them a duplicate notification.
