    Exciting stuff! Once the EAP is finished will this functionality be offered to Professional and Legacy subscribers, or will it only be available to Enterprise customers?

    Hi Chris, this functionality will be included in Explore Legacy and Explore Enterprise plans. We will be sharing more information re. Explore Enterprise in the coming months.

    Very interested to try this. Will it be possible to whitelist an embedded dashboard to a specific domain rather than by IP?

    So I have the Pro Package and Legacy Explore.

    Hi Dan - we rely on Zendesk restrictions, which require IP ranges (https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203663706-Restricting-access-to-Zendesk-Support-and-your-Help-Center-using-IP-restrictions-Enterprise-)

    Hi Jeremy - this feature will be included in Explore Legacy, so it will be included in your current subscription.

    I applied for the EAP but I didn't hear anything since. Does anyone have news about the status of this feature ?

    Especially when Insights will be deactivated we will have trouble with sharing Reports outside Zendesk

    Hi Marijn Maessen, we've enabled the EAP on supportsalarfusion.zendesk.com in November. Can you please check if you have access to the link sharing options in the "sharing modal"?
