Excellent Alper Ulugbay, you should now have access. Let us know if you have any issues!

Hi Vincent Dollet, It is working. Now, we have access to public sharing. This is exactly what we need!

    Thank you so much,

Hi Vincent Dollet, The pie chart report decompose functionality is not working when we use EAP.

Decompose of pie chart is working when I display the report in Zendesk using my agent account but it is not working from the outside. Do you know the reason for this ?

Hi Alper Ulugbay, this limitation is indeed intended. Interactivity options like drill-through and decompose are not available when dashboards are accessed via public and password-protected links.

    Hi Vincent Dollet

I just signed up for EAP and I was wondering when this feature will be implemented on production?

Vincent Dollet mentioned before that interactivity options won't work when dashboards are accessed via public and password-protected links.
I am wondering if Zendesk might wanna make that possible?
