We have received some reports of audio issues with Zendesk Talk calls today. Our service provider has recently added new IP ranges for five regions: Australia, Brazil, Germany, Japan and Singapore. If you're experiencing any issues in the vicinity of these regions, please make sure you have added the following IP ranges listed in this article to your existing firewall, load balancer and other network rules: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005468288.
