Can I add columns to the advanced search results?

    I am not able to add columns to a list view...I created a new field called "company" and i cannot add it to the list view..It keeps saying i cannot save the list view.

    Hi Dilip,

    Just to confirm, you're in the Advanced Search app when you're trying this?

    The "Columns" section in the app has checkboxes for adding the custom fields to the search results, but I am not seeing the list view option you mentioned. When I test the app I check off the custom fields and hit search, and see the custom fields in the search results.

    Zendesk does not have absolute basics which are absolutely normal in other ticketing systems. The fact that I cannot add any columns (fields) for my search makes the search useless.

    Yes this is basic option, I can do that in a company I work before on a software available in 2009, so strange we can't customize the column show in search result :(
