How do I change my query to display time-based results as HH:MM:SS?

    Hello,

    This doesn't appear to be accurate for all time-base results.

    I have a default metric, AVG First reply time - Business hours (min), that's displays 182 minutes as a result. Changing the display format to Duration as instructed makes the format 00:03:02 (DD:HH:MM) and not HH:MM:SS.

    I've also tried this with AVG First reply time - Business hours (hrs). By default, that returns 3.0 hrs. Changing the display format to Duration changes this to ??:DD:HH, or 00:00:03.

    Is there any way for me to standardize all of my time-based results so I don't have to specify these formatting differences in my dashboards?
