The process for configuring and deploying Chat depends on how you're using Zendesk:
- If you are using Zendesk Chat, and no other Zendesk products, you'll follow the Zendesk Chat-only path.
- If you are using Zendesk Chat plus Zendesk Support, you follow the Zendesk Chat + Support path.
