We are excited to announce the general availability of the Atlassian Statuspage integration for Zendesk Support, Chat, and Guide!
The Atlassian Statuspage integration allows agents to view status page incidents in Support and Chat. Customers can view status page incidents in your Help Center, so they can keep up-to-date on any service incidents or degradation.
When your agents are viewing tickets in Support or responding to customers in Chat, they can use the Statuspage app to see when new incidents occur or maintenance is underway. Agents can also obtain further details of incidents, making them more aware of any service disruptions that may impact your customers.
The Atlassian Statuspage integration for Guide allows customers to see Statuspage incidents from your Help Center pages. This keeps customers informed of any service incidents or degradation, reducing the need to raise support requests.
The Atlassian Statuspage for Support and Chat integration is available starting November 7, 2019.
The Atlassian Statuspage for Guide integration is available starting October 3, 2019.
These integrations are available for customers on a Zendesk Team plan or above for Support and Chat, and the Professional or Enterprise plan for Guide.
