Zendesk will perform unscheduled maintenance which will reset all login sessions for end-users and agents on Zendesk Support, Guide, Chat, and Talk across all pods on November 28, 2019 from 02:00 UTC - 04:00 UTC.

Expected behavior: Agents and end-users will be logged out of their accounts once and will need to log back in during the 1 hour maintenance window. In-process Support ticket drafts, Chats, and Talk calls may be lost, disconnected, or dropped when the login sessions are reset.
Why we're doing this: Zendesk is performing a reset of cached session information due to inconsistency discovered in some cached data between Zendesk and a third party edge network provider. We’re expediting this action in support of all customers as we enter into this important time for many businesses.
