We're investigating issues with loading Leads, Contacts, Deal Cards, and Smart Lists in Sell. More info to follow.
On November 28, 2019 From 19:28-20:10 UTC, 10% of Sell users were unable to access Deals, Smart Lists and those related to Contacts and Leads, as well as some Reports related to Deals. The issue was caused by a database writer node hardware failure which resulted in Sales service being unresponsive. Our automated failover did not respond correctly, so it needed to be triggered manually, after which service was restored. In order to prevent this from happening again in the future, we will be working to resolve cross service dependencies in order to minimize impact of database outages.
