How can I see what tickets make up the metrics in the pre-built Zendesk Explore dashboards?
While it's possible to use drillthrough and decompose on all of the pre-built queries in Explore, within pre-built dashboards this option is hidden. Cloning a pre-built dashboard makes it possible to edit the query allowing you to decompose the dashboard. For more information, see Interacting with queries.
To see what tickets make up the metrics in the pre-built dashboards follow the below steps:
- Clone the pre-built dashboard.
- In the new cloned dashboard, Click Edit and then select a query in the dashboard and click Edit Query.
- Within the editable query, click on chart configuration () > Chart > and Uncheck Hide label.
- Save the query and go back to your cloned dashboard. Now the option to decompose and drillthrough will be available for that query within the cloned dashboard.
