If you can't start a Sell trial from the Zendesk Product Tray, or you can't load Zendesk Marketplace apps (for example, when you are working with multiple Zendesk accounts that have the same installed apps) this might be caused by the privacy settings configured in a browser plugin, such as Privacy Badger.
Configuring privacy settings
Follow these steps to resolve issues with browser plugins, such as Privacy Badger.
To configure privacy settings in browser plugins
- In your browser, click the browser plugin.
- From the browser plugin settings, select the Disable for this site option.

- Reload your Sell page.
Your issue should be resolved.
