    I need to schedule meeting for other people in my team. How can I do that? Can I choose to which schedule I book the meeting, not only seeing two or more schedules?

    Hi Rafael– Emma here, from the Sell Support team. Thanks for your comment ✅

    While you can't set appointments in Sell for your teammates, any shared invitation in your Google or Exchange Calendar will display in Sell. Here's what I recommend: 

    1. Share your Google/Exchange calendar with your teammate

    2. Add appointments to their calendar from Google/Exchange

    3. These appointments will also display in Sell! 

    You will want to make sure both you and your teammate have your calendars integrated with Sell. You can do this in Settings under Settings > Calendars. Let us know how we can help!

    No problem, Rafael. We are always working on improving integrations, especially email and calendar. This is definitely on the list!

    Hi Gabriel,

    Thanks for your question! I'm happy to assist.

    Unfortunately, our API doesn't support appointments management. That being said it's not possible to create, delete, or edit existing appointments in Sell via API.

    For your reference, you can find our API documentation here - https://developers.getbase.com/.

    If you have integrated 3rd party calendar into Sell, then you might check if your calendar provider doesn't offer API support, and those apply changes that way.

    Other users cannot create or assign ownership of appointments to other users on the account. I will be sure to pass your feedback along to our Product Team that your account is interested in seeing this functionality in Sell.  In the meantime, please see the article: Can I have a shared calendar for my Sell users?

    It is not possible to add custom fields to the appointment details at this time. Any additional information can be included in the Description section when creating an appointment. Please feel free to post this feedback in the Sell Community Feedback section for our Product Managers to see and other Sell users to upvote your suggestion!

    I have had to sign up as a new user because I missed the time when I could activate a full subscription following my trial period.

    However in this new persona when I make an appointment it doesn't ask me if I want to use the location of the contact in the Web version or the mobile, this was a massive selling point for me.

    I'm not sure if I need to enable anything in the settings, I don't think I did for the previous account I had.
