I disabled the End users can solve tickets after viewing linked articles option in the Knowledge Capture app, but some users are still seeing the pop-up option on articles in the Help Center that says Does this article answer your question?
Why are they still seeing this?
The Knowledge Capture app uses tokens that allow users to self-solve tickets on Help Center articles. These tokens are active for 30 days. When the setting is first disabled, the app stops sending new tokens to users, but does not deactivate tokens that were already sent. When the old tokens expire, users no longer see the pop-up appear on article pages.
