We're very excited to announce a new reporting tool for Zendesk Talk admins. The new Usage charges page gives you access to a comprehensive summary of your Talk usage and corresponding charges. We received a lot of feedback recently from customers who told us it was challenging to understand how Talk usage charges were calculated on their invoice. The new usage charges page was created to help overcome those challenges.
Talk admins will see a new tab on the Talk channel called Usage charges. This page will allow admins to review their current account balance and get a detailed breakdown of all charges in a given period for the following:
- Voicemail transcriptions
- Text messages
- Phone numbers
Additionally, all Talk usage data can be exported in CSV format if you want to analyze usage in more detail.
