    Is this on a staggered role out, we dont seem to have the Usage Charges tab in our instance?

    Hi Jack,

    Yes it was a staggered role out yesterday. You may need to do a refresh in order to see the new Usage Charges page. If you are still experiencing any issues, you can open a ticket and we will look into it for you.

    We have multiple brands in our Zendesk instance that have their own numbers and it would be great to filter out the charges based on Brand(s).

    Also the "Calls" segment would be great if it further broke it out into "Inbound" / "Outbound" / "Transfers"
