Why do I get the Oops, something went wrong error message when setting up SSO with AWS?
One of the main reasons for this error message is that the certificate fingerprint is set up incorrectly.
In the AWS Control Panel, find the correct certificate fingerprint data by right-clicking the AWS SSO certificate > Details and then copying the sha256 key. From Admin Center, go to your Single sign-on settings, and open your SAML configuration. Paste the key into the Certificate fingerprint field.
For more information, see Enabling SAML single sign-on.
