We are happy to report Pods 13 and 20 are stable and customers should no longer see issues with using Side Conversations or any unexpected delays with exporting tickets or tracking Guide page views

We are currently investigating increased error rates affecting a database cluster on Pods 13 and 20. This may result in delays when exporting tickets or tracking Guide page views, as well as error rates when using Side Conversations. More information to come.
In pods 13 and 20 customers may have experienced delays when exporting tickets or tracking Guide page views, as well as error rates when using Side Conversations. This was caused by timeouts that became elevated on the a database management service. Restarting the service resolved the issue.
