Can I hide the Chat widget based on time? For example, can I show the widget between x and y hours?
No, you can't hide the widget based on time. As a workaround, you can hide the Chat widget based on the department's online status and set your operating hours.
To hide the widget
- Set your schedule for your Department using operating hours. When you enable operating hours, any agents signed in to Chat outside of the scheduled hours have their availability status set to Invisible (offline).
- Hide the widget using API based on your department's status.
