    If we were to build out a custom widget with the SDK, is there a way to integrate it with HelpCenter?

    If I understand your question correctly, you would like to embed your custom built widget into your Guide Help Center, correct?

    You should be able to embed your own custom widget into the Help Center by editing the help center theme code. The ability to edit your theme code does require a Guide Professional or Enterprise plan level.

    I am from IBM Malaysia.

    My I know if we can add additional fields in Pre-Chat form e.g. ID Number using Professional license.

    I need to add the field for integration to CRM to check if customer already exist in database.

    Unfortunately it is not possible to add additional fields to the Pre-Chat form no matter what plan you are on.

    The custom work around mentioned in the article above would be the only way to add fields. That is something that is not supported by Zendesk but if you have development resources could be a good option for your team.
