From February 19, 2020, your Talk agents will notice some changes to the Talk agent interface. These updates will streamline Talk accessibility and better align with other Zendesk products.
Enhancements will be made to the Talk call bar in Support tickets and the top navigation bar where the Talk call console is displayed.
The changes include:
- The call bar in tickets will change from a black background to a white background.

- Updates to the icons for the buttons that control the call like On-hold and Hang up.
- Updates to call transitions and availability status indicator on the top navigation bar. The wrap-up timer will now flash orange when exiting wrap-up mode.
