Why do I get an error Failed to install app: Error creating requirements//the task failed because of an error: Validation failed: Key: agent_ooo when installing the OOO (Out of office) V2 app?
Answer
If you installed the previous version of the Out of Office app, the app creates a user field called Agent Out? which corresponds with the agent_ooo
tag. To successfully install the Out of the Office V2 app, delete the Agent Out? field by following the steps below.
- Go to Admin.
- Under Manage > click User Fields.
- Look for the Agent Out? field then Delete.
