Zendesk will be performing maintenance on our Subscription service on March 13, 14 and 15 in preparation for forthcoming product changes.
START: Friday, March 13 at 16:00 PST (23:00 UTC)
END: Sunday, March 15 at 18:00 PST (Monday March 16 at 01:00 UTC)
All existing customers that have access to the Subscription interface in Support and Chat (Owner and Admin roles only).
Account owners will be unable to perform the following actions during this window:
- Adjust Agent Quantity
- Adjust Plan Selection
- Cancel an account
- Add a new payment method
- Update a Billing Address
- Update Billing Contacts
- Viewing invoices
Account admins will be unable to view the Subscription interface.
These restrictions apply to changes for all Zendesk products. Subscription changes are found in the following areas:

We are working on our backend systems to accommodate forthcoming product changes and improve customer experience.
Can new accounts be purchased during this time?
New trials can be created but these trials will not be able to convert to purchased accounts during this window.
