We are experiencing issues with agents posting comments via Facebook impacting sporadic pages. Facebook are investigating this issue. We will post updates as they become available.
During this incident, Zendesk customers were unable to add responses to tickets created from Facebook. This issue was caused by a Facebook API bug which was Fixed on February 17 by Facebook.
