What file types does Zendesk Talk recognize in MMS messages?
Our Talk provider Twilio accepts and transforms jpg, gif, and png image file types. When they receive a file type matching one of these formats, they will handle the extension setting for those files.
Twilio does not provide the file extension setting for the remaining file types such as mp4 and mpeg. Zendesk will attach the file received from Twilio, without modifying its format.
Zendesk does not support automated file formatting for non jpg, gif, and png files sent through Twilio.
