We’ve identified and updated a service causing loading issues for Side Conversations on Pod 17. The issue is now resolved. Please let us know if you experience additional issues.

We are currently investigating reports of Side Conversations not loading in Pod 17. We will provide an update with more information shortly.
From 2020-02-26 17:35 UTC to 2020-02-26 18:54 UTC, customers using side conversations experienced delayed delivery of messages and events for 90 minutes. The root cause of this downtime was a configuration error related to a memory limit. The memory limit was updated to resolve the issue. In order to prevent this from happening again in the future, we will be adding additional monitoring and alerting and have fixed the memory limit configuration.
