I would like my end users to be able add CCs to requests they submit using the Help Center ticket forms. Can I add a CC field to the ticket forms used in my Help Center?
Answer
Yes, you can add the CC field to your ticket forms in your Help Center.
To enable the CC field for your ticket forms in your Help Center, go to Admin > Settings > Tickets > CCs and Followers > then select Enable CCs > then select Enable CCs for end users on Help Center.
Once enabled, signed-in users should see a CC field appear in your ticket form:
