I can't assign an article to another agent. Why can't I see other agents on the list?
You can’t assign an article to another agent because your role doesn’t have the right permissions to view the list of user profiles. Ask an account administrator to use the instructions below to update the permissions for your role so you can view user profiles in Team Publishing.
To enable viewing permission of user profiles
- Click the Admin icon () in the sidebar, then select Manage > People.
- Select Roles.
All of the agent roles (predefined and custom roles, if any) are displayed.
- Locate the role you want to edit, then select Edit.
- Locate May this user view lists of user profiles? and change it to Can view all users in your account.
- Click Update role when you are done.
