Question
I have multiple ticket forms and I want to hide the default ticket form on our Help Center. How can I do that?
Answer
The default ticket form provided by Zendesk when your account was created doesn't have an option to deactivate it. However, if you have multiple brands on your account with multiple ticket forms and want to hide the form provided by Zendesk, you can remove the associated brands to the form.
To hide the default ticket form
-
Click the Admin icon (
) in the sidebar, and then select Manage > Ticket Forms.
- Move the cursor over the ticket form and select the default form
- Deselect the Apply to all brands value.
- Click Save form.
Once removed, a warning is displayed on the form.

This appears to only work on the Enterprise plan (with multi-branding) and not the Professional plan. I found a workaround here, but it's buggy in that sometimes the form is hidden in the drop-down and sometimes it's not. How do I properly hide a ticket form for all users from our Guide drop-down on the Professional plan?

I hope this helps!
