How can I hide the default ticket form in the Help Center?

    This appears to only work on the Enterprise plan (with multi-branding) and not the Professional plan. I found a workaround here, but it's buggy in that sometimes the form is hidden in the drop-down and sometimes it's not. How do I properly hide a ticket form for all users from our Guide drop-down on the Professional plan?

    Hey Adam,

    You'll most likely need to use custom code in your Guide theme to hide your ticket form. I was able to track down a couple of user tips that may help point you in the right direction:
