Is there a way to notify agents of important updates via popup or toast notifications without having to leave Zendesk?
Natively, Zendesk doesn't provide desktop or browser notifications. However, you can use the Notification App to broadcast messages to some or all of your agents.
The app sends notifications inside the Support interface so users can communicate in a seamless way with agents. Users can decide if they want to notify a group of agents or all of them at once.
