The congestion issues affecting Zendesk Talk numbers in Australia have been resolved. Carrier partners in Australia have added additional capacity and have observed no further issues between Saturday 28th to Monday 30th March UTC.

We’ve received reports of inbound calls to Zendesk Talk numbers in Australia hearing a recorded announcement “The service to the telecommunication network you are calling is congested, please try again later”. Our provider is working with local carriers to increase capacity.
