Can I hide the queue position for chats?

    We would need the widget to work/act mostly as the chat widget does now including:

    -identify incoming user, pass user data and tag chat

    -create the event/ticket in Zendesk

    -Timestamps on each message

    -transcript availability for the customer

    -Feedback (satisfaction) rating for each chat with comment

    -Send/receive attachments

    Hi Cathy! These features are available by default in the Zendesk Chat & Support, but you won't be able to hide the chat queue using the native settings. You may however build your own Chat widget using the Chat SDK(https://api.zopim.com/web-sdk/) & just change the wording of the string 'chat.wait_queue', or just hide it (https://api.zopim.com/web-sdk/#chat-wait_queue-chat-event-type). Hope this helps!
