How do I see which macros are most used in my Support account?
- In Support, click the Admin icon () > Macros.
- Then, select the sort by menu and select the usage period to sort by:
- The options allow you to sort by usage up to the last 30 days. If you'd like to report on macro usage beyond a 30-day period, configure your macros to add a tag. Then, you can use Explore to report on macros using those tags.
