Zendesk will be performing maintenance on our Subscription service on May 8th through the 10th in preparation for an update to Support Suite.

All existing customers that have access to the Subscription interface in Support and Chat (Owner and Admin roles only).
Account owners will be unable to perform the following actions during this window:
- Adjust Agent Quantity
- Adjust Plan Selection
- Cancel an account
- Add a new payment method
- Update a Billing Address
- Update Billing Contacts
These restrictions apply to changes for all Zendesk products. Subscription changes are found in the following areas.

Why we're doing this:
We will be performing migrations for Support Suite customers for the rename of the offering.
Can new accounts be purchased during this time?
New trials can be created but these trials will not be able to convert to purchased accounts during this window.
