I want to add a time filter widget on our dashboard for unsolved tickets. Can I use the Support: Tickets [default] - Unsolved tickets metric as a filter for the time filter widget?
No, the Support: Tickets [default] - Unsolved tickets is not available as a basis for the time filter widget. If you want to see current unsolved tickets created within a specific time period, add a time filter based on the Support: Tickets [default] - Ticket Created metric.
If you want a snapshot of unsolved tickets at a particular point in time, create your query using the Support: Backlog history dataset.
