Which Zendesk ticket fields sync to a Salesforce case?

    I don't see why they wouldn't, but wanted to verify, before having our Saleforce admin add custom fields into Salesforce.  Will conditional fields sync from Zendesk => Salesforce (pending they are within the parameters of what CAN sync)?

    Hello Michael,

    You are correct! Whether or not a field is conditional, as long as it falls within the parameters of what can sync, it will sync over if it is populated. In other words, conditional fields will sync the same as normal fields.

    Will there be a time when the CC can be synced to Salesforce? We sync tickets to SF so that we can escalate to a team that does not use Zendesk and this allows our support team to create tickets for them with a click of a button. Being able to sync over the CC would be huge for us because sometimes an internal team member sends in a ticket for the customer with the customer in the CC.
