I can't reorganize mandatory fields in the app when I create a Jira issue from Zendesk. Is there a way to organize or sort mandatory fields in Zendesk Support app for Jira?

No, it's not possible to sort the order of the mandatory fields in Zendesk Support app for Jira. You can only sort non-mandatory fields.
By default, the order of the field is based on a combination of the order in which Jira sends fields to Zendesk and the field key ID stored in Jira.

Hi Ricardo! Could you please be more specific about how the field are sorted?
I found that the sorting criteria is not really based on Jira custom field keys 🙁I would like to know if there is any known workaround for getting them ordered in a logical way for users.
