We're excited to introduce Multiple Group Views, the capability to share a view with multiple groups of agents. Until now, if you wanted to share a view with a limited set of agents, you could only specify one group. In many cases this required creating extra groups or extra views to get the right mix of people.
Multiple group views allows you to reduce the number of groups and views you need to manage. With this release, you will have the ability to configure new views and extend them to multiple groups, or to edit existing views to add additional groups, using either the Support interface or the Zendesk API.
Available to all Zendesk customers on Team plan and above
In Zendesk Team and Zendesk Professional, administrators can create shared views that include multiple groups. In Zendesk Enterprise, users with permission to add and edit personal, group, and global views can create views that include multiple groups.
Multiple group views is a new feature that is being rolled out to accounts. The rollout begins on April 21, 2020.
