Zendesk is pleased to be amongst the launch partners for Amazon AppFlow.
This new AWS service allows Zendesk customers to easily and securely transfer data between their Zendesk account, AWS, and other SaaS applications. With AppFlow, a Zendesk administrator can rapidly create data flows to meet new business needs – without coding. For example, an administrator could easily aggregate Zendesk data with other business data in Redshift to enrich business analytics with CX context.
AppFlow’s no-code interface makes it simple for administrators to configure a data flow:
- which Zendesk data to replicate
- where to send the data
- how to transform and format this data
- how often to execute the flow
As of today’s launch, AppFlow can sync Zendesk ticket and user data into S3, RedShift, and selected SaaS applications such as Snowflake. This process can be run on-demand or on a schedule.
Additional Zendesk data sources and AWS target services are expected to be added in the coming months, as are flows triggered by events from within your Zendesk account, such as the creation of a new ticket.
Get started with AppFlow by logging into your AWS account. For information on setting up AppFlow, see Setting up the Amazon AppFlow integration with Zendesk.
