What do agents and end users see when I update the password security level?

    Hi, is it possible on my end to edit the wording of the email notification we're sending to agents three days before their password expires? Right now the email subject says:

    "{{organization.name}}" password expiring

    The problem is we're a SaaS company, so it leaves users with the incorrect assumption that their account password for our service is expiring, rather than the account password for the Zendesk support portal.
