2. What plan levels are there?
One size does not fit all, so Zendesk allows you to pick a plan level to fit your needs and your budget. The available plan levels vary by product, and YES! you can mix and match!

3. How many agent seats do you want for each product?
When signing up, you can decide how many people on your team will have an account on your Zendesk platform. Each product allows you to specify an amount of agents. For example, if you want ten agents to be answering tickets (emails, web form submissions, etc.) but you only need three agents answering live chats, you can pick ten agent seats for the Support product and three agent seats for the Chat product.
