Does the Talk Partner Edition support the click to call option on a ticket?
Answer
Yes, the Talk Partner Edition now supports the click to call function within a ticket.
Note: Click to call only works for numbers existing in the profile. When you dial a number via. click to call, it creates a new ticket. A workaround is to add the number you want to use in the user's profile and go back to the ticket and dial.
