The Zendesk Support team often gets emails from customers who are having trouble with their order from an online retailer. We want to take a moment to explain Zendesk's role in your online order!
Zendesk designs software. Many online retailers use our software to communicate with their customers and provide online support. We do not produce or deliver physical products and we do not provide support for other company's products.
You should contact the retailer you bought your product from directly. You can do this by going to their website to find their contact information. Often you can find the company's support email address, phone number, or a "Submit a request" link on their website. If you received an email that says "powered by Zendesk" from the retailer, you can also reply back to that email to get in touch with them.
