I want to find out which countries visitors chat from. The weekly report on Zendesk Chat doesn’t seem to capture this. How can I create a report that shows which country our visitors chat from?
Our Analytics in Chat does not provide this. There are two workarounds you can use to create such a report.
- If you have integration with Zendesk Support and creates tickets for chats, the Chat dataset in Zendesk Explore has attributes that identify where the chat comes from.
