We're excited to announce that Guide Professional customers will now be able to grant light agents access to edit and publish articles using Management Permissions. This allows Guide Professional customer to leverage their light agents in the knowledge management process. This change brings light agent management permission inline with other Guide plans.
For example, if you have a Management Permissions configured using groups to allow agents to edit and publish articles, you can now assign light agents to that group to also grant them access to edit and publish articles. This is great for including team members who may not need to work with tickets very much but are active in creating or reviewing content.
This change will be available to all Guide Professional customers with light agents by June 2nd.
