Why do I get the error message: Your CSV file request frequency limit has been exceeded. Try again later?
The error message appears if you try to download a CSV file multiple times and your most-recent export exceeds 100,000 results within an hour.
CSV exports are limited to 100,000 results per hour and per user. If your most-recent export contains 100,000 of results, or your export requests add up to 100,000 results, then you need to wait another hour to request another export.
Alternatively, ask another agent to perform the export. Provided the agent has not also requested a CSV file recently, they should be able to successfully export the report.
