My customers are able to receive support through the widget on my Help Center, but not on my website. I want the widget to appear on my website just like it is showing in my Knowledge Base.
Adding live chat to your Help Center and website is configured in two different ways.
- Add the Web Widget to your website by embedding the widget script in the header or footer of your website's HTML code.
- Add the Web Widget to your Help Center in your Settings > Widget > Set up Tab and toggle on the Add to Help Center button.
