I want my users to move from one brand to the other to view tickets and articles. Can I show multiple brands in the mobile SDK at the same time?
No, Support SDK can only be initialized under one brand at a time. The SDK can load one brand's articles and the tickets a user has for the brand. If you want to switch brands to display different articles and tickets, you need to reinitialize the SDK with the new brand.
