How do I turn on the offline form? How do I let my customers contact my support team when my agents are offline?
By default, the offline form is enabled. If your offline form has been disabled, you can re-enable it.
- From your Chat dashboard, navigate to your Settings > Widget and click the Forms tab.
- Enable the offline form by toggling it On. Visitors can now leave a message in the offline form when your agents are offline.
